Kilo Manufacturing

  • Our small-scale manufacturing platform encompasses integrated process and analytical development, at scales ranging from 1 kg to 50 kg. Raw materials used in our manufacturing processes undergo thorough analytical qualification prior to user testing and production. Our Kilo Lab is supported by a dedicated analytical facility and equipped with multiple jacketed glass reactors of varying sizes, including capacities of 20 L and 50 L. These reactors operate across a broad temperature range, from -80 to 210 °C, ensuring versatility and precision in our manufacturing capabilities.
