Orbiton Life Sciences has expertise ranging from discovery chemistry to in vitro and in vivo validation of drug molecules and provides integrated solutions for drug discovery. We are keen to help our clients with synthesis and manufacturing of clinical compounds, their characterization, target identification, hit-to-lead optimization, in vitro validation using cell lines and primary cultured cells from the tissues, and finally pre-clinical studies, both physiological and behavioural phenotyping using animal models.

In house medicinal chemistry laboratory provides a hit to progress into a promising lead by In-silico analysis, structural biology support, target database and assay selection process. We support range of therapeutic areas in drug discovery program, however our focus is on different phases of pre-clinical studies in neuroscience, the most challenging area in drug discovery. We have strong expertise in central nervous system (CNS) related therapies for the treatment of a diverse range of brain disorders.
